工作職責(zé)： 1、全面負(fù)責(zé)班級的教學(xué)工作，因材施教，能以IB的理念進(jìn)行探究式教學(xué)，提升教學(xué)質(zhì)量Be the person responsible for implementing the curriculum and operations inside the classroom, responsible for teaching students in accordance with their aptitude in an inquiry-based manner that aligns with the IB philosophy； 2、與外教及副班協(xié)作，協(xié)調(diào)及管理各項工作及資源能夠確保班級教學(xué)計劃的順利展開Cooperate with Expat teachers, Chinese Class teachers, and Chinese Life Teachers to coordinate and manage various tasks and resources to ensure the smooth development of the class and the academic plan and lesson plans； 3、"通過?IB 理念全面實施課程、學(xué)習(xí)方法和教學(xué)方法，并提供沉浸式的探究課程Fully implementing the curriculum, approaches to learning and approaches to teaching through the IB philosophy and providing a fully immersive inquiry curriculum； 4、愿意并能夠參加成為認(rèn)證?IB 教師所需的所有必要的?IB 培訓(xùn)和課程Is willing and able to take all required IB training and courses required to become a certified IB teacher；" 5、持續(xù)關(guān)注班級學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)及發(fā)展情況，根據(jù)教學(xué)展開，定期評估及整理學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成果，并向家長反饋Continue to pay attention to the learning and development of students in the class, regularly evaluate and organize students' learning results according to the teaching development and give feedback to parents； 6、" 負(fù)責(zé)定期組織班級的家園活動/家長會，負(fù)責(zé)向家長發(fā)放相關(guān)通知并確保家長反饋，回執(zhí)的及時回收及歸檔 Responsible for regularly organizing home-based activities/parents’ meetings, issuing necessary notices to parents, and ensuring the timely collection and management of parental feedback and documents； " 7、負(fù)責(zé)家園溝通工作，對家長的疑問，學(xué)生在校的情況等，給與及時適合的反饋Responsible for completing or arranging others to provide school-home communication, give timely and appropriate feedback to parents' questions, students' situation in school, etc； 8、負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助教學(xué)管理人員針對教學(xué)展開的各項教學(xué)教研活動Responsible for assisting academic management personnel in various teaching and research activities to improve and enhance the programme of study； 9、負(fù)責(zé)組織班級環(huán)創(chuàng)的設(shè)計、制作及更新等，確保教室文化環(huán)境符合教育理念及教學(xué)內(nèi)容，更好地呈現(xiàn)教學(xué)成果和展示積極的環(huán)境氛圍Responsible for organizing the design, production and updating of classroom decorations, etc., to ensure that the design and decoration of the classroom aligns to the educational concept and teaching content, better presenting the teaching results and providing a positive environment that aligns to the IB philosophy； 10、 與其他任課教師、專業(yè)教師、IB PYP 協(xié)調(diào)員和其他工作人員密切合作，投入時間進(jìn)行集體備課，并確保正確實施超學(xué)科課程?Works closely with other classroom teachers, specialist teachers, IB PYP Coordinator and other staff to dedicate time to collaborative planning, and ensure the transdisciplinary curriculum is implemented correctly； 11、 負(fù)責(zé)課堂、健康和安全、協(xié)作教學(xué)方法，并根據(jù)需要負(fù)責(zé)主要的課外活動?Is responsible for the classroom, health and safety, collaborative teaching approach, and for key co-curricular activities as required； 12、協(xié)調(diào)同班級的所有教師，按要求，共同完成單元教案的填寫，整理檔案包To facilitate all teachers of this class to complete unit planners, and complete file resource packs as required. 任職資格: 1、"本科及以上學(xué)歷，學(xué)前教育、教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in pre-school education, education, psychology or related are strongly preferred； - 獲得中國相關(guān)部門頒發(fā)的幼兒園教師資格證書?Obtain a Kindergarten teacher qualification certificate issued by relevant Chinese departments；" 3、3年以上國際幼兒園工作經(jīng)驗，1年以上主班相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗More than 3 years of work experience in international kindergartens, and more than 1 year of relevant work experience as a lead or homeroom teacher； 4、熟悉IEYC，STEAM，IB等國際幼教課程者優(yōu)先；有IB培訓(xùn)資質(zhì)，優(yōu)先考慮Those who are familiar with IEYC, STEAM, IB and other international preschool education courses are preferred; those with IB training qualifications are preferred； 5、流利的中英文表達(dá)能力，能夠以英語為教學(xué)語言?Fluent in Chinese and English, able to use English as the main language of instruction； 9、有音樂、藝術(shù)、舞蹈、體育等特長者優(yōu)先考慮Those with expertise in music, art, dance, sports, etc. are preferred.
