崗位職責(zé) Job Responsibilities: 1.根據(jù)教學(xué)進(jìn)度安排課程設(shè)計(jì)教案與備課,根據(jù)學(xué)生教育需求及個(gè)人情況因材施教; 2.對(duì)學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)、及成就進(jìn)行評(píng)估、記錄與報(bào)告,保持每周及學(xué)期形成性評(píng)估報(bào)告; 3.達(dá)成學(xué)生兼具挑戰(zhàn)但符合現(xiàn)實(shí)的學(xué)生學(xué)術(shù)成長(zhǎng)教育目標(biāo); 4.通過幫助學(xué)生成功完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù),為學(xué)生樹立自尊與自信,促進(jìn)學(xué)生心智成長(zhǎng),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好性格; 5.定期回顧所有課程規(guī)劃,確保在有效的課程表內(nèi)進(jìn)行課程開展; 6.為學(xué)生的考試和下一階段的學(xué)習(xí)做準(zhǔn)備; 7.布置并批改作業(yè),按照學(xué)校安排出卷與閱卷; 8.激發(fā)學(xué)生的自信,建立同事之間的相互信任感; 9.組織課外活動(dòng),將辦學(xué)理念落實(shí)到課外活動(dòng)的每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),以豐富學(xué)校的教育內(nèi)容及形式; 10.為學(xué)生在教育和人際交往上提供指導(dǎo)與建議; 11.與學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行溝通與回答家長(zhǎng)疑問; 12.促進(jìn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展與身心健康; 13.在校園生活中充分發(fā)揮積極的榜樣作用,貫徹并踐行學(xué)校的辦學(xué)理念與校訓(xùn); 14.無論在課堂內(nèi)外,都保持積極的理念和核心價(jià)值觀; 15.積極參加學(xué)校組織的職業(yè)進(jìn)修培訓(xùn); 16.支持學(xué)生參加短途旅行活動(dòng),提高學(xué)生的技能和積累的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。確保所有學(xué)校郊游活動(dòng)都遵循正確的程序; 17.參與學(xué)校師生集會(huì),登記學(xué)生出勤情況,督導(dǎo)學(xué)生在校期間的表現(xiàn); 18.參與學(xué)校關(guān)于管理、課程、行政等會(huì)議; 19.參與學(xué)校全年度集體活動(dòng); 20.增強(qiáng)內(nèi)部文化理解,能夠適應(yīng)不同的文化需求; 21.參加學(xué)學(xué)校市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)并促進(jìn)學(xué)生注冊(cè),為學(xué)校的發(fā)展做出積極的貢獻(xiàn); 22.能夠與教學(xué)、非教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)及家長(zhǎng)建立有建設(shè)性且專業(yè)的人際關(guān)系; 23.倡導(dǎo)對(duì)于教育的擔(dān)當(dāng)與熱情; 24.對(duì)于自己與他人志存高遠(yuǎn); 25.尊重學(xué)校的所有成員; 26.完成直屬領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。 1.Deliver subject teaching for students ensuring that planning, preparation, recording assessment and reporting according to their educational needs. 2.Keep appropriate and efficient records on the development, progress and attainment of students, integrating formative assessment into weekly and term planning. 3.Meet challenging but realistic educational targets that demonstrate excellence in pupil academic progress. 4.Help students to succeed in their learning tasks, giving them good experience so that they develop self-respect and foster personal maturity. 5.Develop the curriculum and ensure that it is delivered through an effective timetable. Regularly review curriculum and to make the adjustments accordingly. 6.Prepare students for examinations and for their next level of study. 7.Set and mark work (including examinations where appropriate) to be carried out by the students. 8.Motivate confidence of students and build up trust among colleagues. 9.Offer extra-curricular activities to support the ethos and enrichment of the school’s provision. 10.Provide guidance and advice to students on educational and social matters. 11.Communicate and consult with the parents of students. 12.Promote the general progress and well-being of individual students. 13.Take a full and active role in the wider life of the school, always exemplifying the values and ethos of the school. 14.Maintain the positive ethos and core values of the school, both inside and outside of the classroom. 15.Participate in CPD activities. 16.Support day and residential trips to enhance and encourage the skills and experience of all students. Ensuring all school trip procedures are followed. 17.Attend assemblies, register attendance of students and supervise students whether before, during or after school. 18.Participate in meetings which relate to the school’s management, curriculum, administration and organization. 19.Contribute to and attend whole school community events throughout the year. 20.Participate in marketing activities to encourage enrolment into the school, contribute to the growth of the school. 21.Promote intercultural understanding and be flexible to specific cultural needs. 22.Develop constructive and professional relationships with teaching and non-teaching staff, and parents. 23.Promote a culture of personal accountability and passion for education. 24.Have high expectations of ourselves and others. 25.Treat all members of the school community with respect. Complete any other reasonable duty as requested by line manager. 崗位要求Required Qualifications: 1.本科及以上學(xué)歷; 2.具備5年以上同崗位教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),在中國(guó)同等雙語學(xué)校工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮; 3.獲得PGCE、QTS教師資格證書或其他同等教師資格證; 4.對(duì)于教育具有高度的責(zé)任感和熱情; 1.Bachelor's degree or above. 2.At least 5 years of teaching experience in the same position; priority will be given to those with working experience in Chinese equivalent bilingual schools. 3.Holding a PGCE, QTS teaching qualification certificate or other equivalent teaching qualifications. 4.Having a high sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for education.
