To be responsible for effective classroom management to ensure that every student can learn 負責有效的課堂管理，確保每個學生都能夠學習 2. Curriculum delivery in English with proper planned teaching resources saved in school server, managebac or moodle as per the need 用英語授課，合理安排教學資源，并根據(jù)需要資源保存在學校服務器、managebac或moodle平臺上 3. Building course on moodle 在Moodle平臺上進行課程建設 4. Planning appropriate written curriculum documents as per program needs 按照課程的要求，計劃合適的書面課程文件 5. To collaborate with the Chinese national curriculum members in designing relevant curriculum 與中國國家課程CNC老師合作設計相關課程 6. Meeting learning outcomes of the curriculum. 滿足課程的學習成果目標 7. Ensuring that assessment outcomes are used to plan lessons. 確保將評估結果用于備課 8. Conducting vertical and horizontal curriculum planning. In particular, ensuring that weekly collaborative planning meetings occur. 進行縱向和橫向的課程規(guī)劃，尤其要保證參加每周的合作備課 9. Collaborative writing of plans and are uploaded to ManageBac. 共同撰寫單元計劃，并在ManageBac更新 10. Relevant pedagogical approach used to create active and engaged learning experience for students 采用相關教學方法，為學生創(chuàng)造積極主動的學習體驗 12. To be responsible for student learning and ensure that progress happens and is measurable 對學生的學***責，保證學生得到進步且進步情況是可被測量的 14. To coordinate with parents about student progress 與家長協(xié)調，保證學生的進步 15. To coordinate with pastoral team for regular follow ups, target setting and improvement of the student 與德育團隊協(xié)調，定期跟蹤、設定目標，促進學生進步 16. To do assessment analysis and use them to inform teaching and learning 分析評估情況，并將其應用于教學 17. To do reporting and commenting as per needs of the school policies 根據(jù)學校政策的需要進行學生成績報告和評論 20. To adhere to academic honesty and pastoral policy expectations from teachers 堅持學術誠信和德育政策對教師的要求 General: 一般要求: 1. Be present and responsible for every duty assigned. 參加、負責被分配的每一項任務 2. Be responsible for one Co-curriculum activity (CCA) per week. 每周負責上一節(jié)課外活動課（CCA） 3. Conduct one Parent Teacher Conference per semester. 每學期召開一次家長會 4.
